Design a responsive website solution that improves business operations, increases their brand reach, and gives users easy access to popular content.
Solutions
An extensive evaluation of site analytics and content was completed to help prioritize information. I drafted interview questions for use by the staff to gather feedback and stories about the experiences that define the Port of Camas-Washougal. I envisioned a website that shares a compelling story through the eyes of visitors, business owners, and residents.
Result
I have seen a significant increase in average session duration and a decrease in bounce rate. This leads me to believe that the new website is connecting with website visitors more, with a better user experience.
